Diane's guest on this episode of the Spa Life Show is Michelle E. Dickinson. Michelle grew up with a mother who suffered from bipolar disorder, so she is no stranger to mental health issues. She was depressed a few years ago as a result of her divorce. But, with the support of her therapist and regular exercise, she was able to conquer her obstacles and maintain good mental health. Michelle is working as a resilience coach and workplace mental health strategist. She is the link that allows people to feel more at ease with their mental health and helps businesses increase compassion in the workplace. She thrives on making a genuine impact in the lives of people, particularly in matters of health and well-being.
