 Quotes:
[2:09 - 2:38]
“While there are some differences in the specificities of businesses and their business model, leadership is leadership. And at the end of the day, it's about having a leader with a clear and compelling vision who can clearly articulate that to their constituents. And then give feedback and recognition along the way when people are doing a great job.”

[17:33 - 17:47]
“Everything happens in the context of a relationship. So all significant change that anybody wants to affect themselves has to happen in the context of some kind of trusted relationship because change is really hard. “

[33:00 - 33:20]
“Having people around you that will help keep me in check is significant to live an intentional life. I might think I'm being very conscious, but it's always important to get feedback because we all have our blind spots. And there might be things I'm not seeing or doing that I think I am.”
