In this episode of the Spa Life Show, Diane’s guest is Samantha Drum. After facing several high-conflict personalities at the start of her career, Samantha realized a harsh truth. Law school had not prepared her for managing high-conflict behavior or extreme personality. Deciding to take matters into her own hands, she dedicated time to studying high-conflict personalities, intending to learn effective tools and strategies for when she found herself in high-conflict situations. She gained a deep understanding of how these personalities function, the way they think, and what triggers them.
